　　 Changzhou PKUNITY Network Computer Co., Ltd ,located in China Torch Program Software Industry Base – Changzhou Software Park,was founded by Peking University in March 2004 with a registered capital of 12 million RMB.

　　The company is committed to technology transformation and marketing for the research findings of MicroProcessor Research and Development Center of Peking University, in particular, its Unity-863 CPU SoC. Since its inception, the company has been engaged in building the application demonstration base, the R&D base, and the industrialization base for Network Computers in Changzhou.

　　The aim of the company is to become China’s largest Network Computer enterprise based on our own intellectual properties. This will help break the technology barriers of foreign companies on information technology and will speed up the development of the information technology industry of our nation that is powered by our own intellectual properties. To achieve these goals, the company has planed a roadmap with marketing and application in the first stage, technical support and applicatiioin customization in the second stage, and product development in the third stage.

Changzhou Unity Technology Co., Ltd

　　 Changzhou Unity Technology Co., Ltd was founded by Peking University with a registered capital of 5 million RMB in August 2005 to promote the industrialization of national Network Computers. The company is located on the shores of the second largest lake of southern Jiangsu Province– Ge Lake, a place with clean and beautiful landscape.

　　The main missions of the company are Network Computer producing, maintenance and customer services, plus the development of NC system software and applications. The company has established a production center and a development center, which are staffed by teams of experienced engineers and administrative employees.

　　To strengthen the capabilities of the company, MicroProcessor Research and Development Center of Peking University dispatches over 40 PhD candidates and 50 master students periodically to Changzhou to participate in research and development. The company owns a standard factory of 7200㎡, an assembly line for product integration, two test labs with a capability of accommodating nearly 1000 NCs. Now its production ability has reached 200,000 NCs per annum.
